Aspire Public Schools is seeking a Director of Community Schools and Expanded Learning to oversee community school initiatives and after-school programs. You will lead integrated supports for students, families, and communities while aligning with CCSPP priorities and Aspire’s mission.

You will collaborate with school leadership, families, and partners to ensure high-quality enrichment, wellness, and equity-driven outcomes across programs.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or 48 college units required; Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of one year working in education, youth development, community-based programs, or expanded learning programs required.
• Experience supervising or managing teams preferred; experience developing partnerships and coordinating community-based services preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate community schools strategy and implementation in alignment with CCSPP requirements.
• Oversee daily operations of expanded learning/after-school programs and design schedules.
• Hire, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; provide professional development for team and partners.
• Ensure compliance with funding, reporting requirements, and Aspire policies.
