Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks a Manager of Community Schools Initiatives to lead program development across a portfolio of LA area schools. You will collaborate with site teams, partner organizations, and local officials to implement the California Community Schools Partnership Program.

The role requires a strong background in education leadership, data analytics, and program management, with hybrid work from the Los Angeles area. Travel to sites is included.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and media skills, verbal and written.
• Coaching experience in a school setting.
• Leadership experience in public schools or school systems.
• Understanding of the CA Community Schools Framework.
• Strong data collection, entry, and analysis skills in Excel, CoBro, and other data systems.

Responsibilities

• School Support and Portfolio Management: mentor Coordinators and ensure program success.
• Professional Development Design: co-deliver outcomes-based PD for CS Coordinators.
• Goals, Data, and Progress Monitoring: lead coordinators to meet goals and use data to drive decisions.
• Grant Management and Reporting: assist with budgets, grant reports, and compliance.
• Relationship Building and Partnerships: build alliances with schools, partners, and officials.
