Job summary

Children And Families First Delaware Inc is seeking a qualified manager to develop, coordinate and implement strategies for a multi-disciplinary team supporting the community schools initiative. This role oversees a Community Schools site and supervises program staff to ensure high-quality services.

You will manage operations, budgeting and reporting, collaborate with schools, parents, and partners, and lead staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human service field or related field; Masters desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility with evening/weekend activities.
• Strong computer skills and general IT literacy.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated competency in program growth and development.
• Strong interpersonal management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Ability to form professional helping relationships.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement strategies for a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide services including assessment, planning, implementation, and advocacy.
• Plan and facilitate community school offerings for students, parents and community.
• Budgeting and fiscal accountability.
• Lead program operations with policies, goals and objectives.
• Supervise staff and interns; conduct evaluations.
• Prepare reports and maintain records per accreditation and requirements.
• Collaborate with schools, agencies and community partners.
• Ensure timely reporting and data collection for evaluation.
• Hire and develop staff; participate in interviewing.
