Job summary

Aspire Public Schools is seeking a School Site Director of Expanded Learning and Community Schools to lead community schools strategy and after-school programming at the site level. You will collaborate with school leaders, families, staff, and partners to align supports with CCSPP priorities and Aspire’s mission.

• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of youth development, community schools frameworks, and expanded learning programs.
• Ability to analyze data to improve programs and student outcomes.
• Commitment to educational equity and culturally responsive practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and oversight of community school initiatives.
• Coordinate academic, behavioral, socio-emotional, health, and wellness supports.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and agencies.
• Oversee Expanded Learning/After School operations and schedule design.
• Ensure programs align with CCSPP requirements and school goals.
• Hire, supervise, coach, and evaluate program staff.
• Monitor attendance, data, and program outcomes for improvement.
• Foster family engagement through School Site Council and ELAC.
