You will learn home features, financing as a sales tool, CRM usage, and community management while shadowing experienced CSMs and completing coursework. Ideal candidates are motivated to grow in homebuilding sales, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint
• High level of organizational and documentation skills
• Customer service oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to adapt and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
• Input and retrieve information from a computer or electronic device
• Engage in face-to-face conversations with customers, coworkers, and management
• Sit or stand for long periods and move as needed
• Operate a motor vehicle if applicable
• Comply with company policies and procedures
