Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to learn about homes, communities, and how to use finance as a sales tool.
• Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices.
• Complete assigned readings and online courses to improve sales skills.
• Learn about product features and how offerings fulfill customer needs.
• Learn and master sales techniques including prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Develop skills in using CRM tools to track interactions and manage accounts.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and set personal development goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
