Taylor Morrison, Inc. is seeking Community Sales Manager in Training (CSMT) in the Glendora area to join a dynamic sales team.

The program, tailored to background and abilities, may range from 2 weeks to a full year, with dedicated training to master the Taylor Morrison approach regardless of prior experience. New CSMs begin as Trainees and will participate in comprehensive sessions on homes, communities, finance as a sales tool, CRM usage, and product benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
• High level of organizational and documentation skills.
• Customer service oriented and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about our homes and communities and how to use finance as a sales tool.
• Learn and utilize the CRM as a prospecting tool and for account management.
• Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices.
• Complete assigned reading materials, online courses, and other training activities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in articulating product/service value propositions and closing deals.
