Taylor Morrison is seeking Community Sales Managers in Training (CSMT) to join our growing team. Trainees will learn through structured programs ranging from 2 weeks to a full year, with comprehensive coaching on product features, CRM usage, and sales techniques.

Strong emphasis on customer experience and developing long-term client relationships. We provide tools and training to excel in home sales, with opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state).
• Proficiency with Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
• High level of organizational and documentation skills.
• Customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority.
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
• Face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager.
• Sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed.
• Operate a motor vehicle if applicable.
• Comply with company policies and procedure.
