Job summary

Home Leasing LLC is seeking an experienced Community Leader to supervise property operations and deliver prompt, courteous service to residents. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee compliance with funding programs, and manage budgets, invoices, and resident relations.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills, with supervisory experience preferred. On-site work with opportunities to support leasing efforts and resident satisfaction is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with others, good communication skills, good computer skills, ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure Home Leasing’s mission and best practices.
• Oversee maintenance tasks including inspections, work orders, and vendor contracts.
• Inform supervisor in writing of deferred maintenance and resident concerns with specifics and recommendations.
• Review and approve invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and manage budget.
• Handle move-ins, transfers, recertifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement evictions, lease violations, and special arrangements as directed.
• Assist in hiring, training, and policy communications for staff.
• Support vacancy reduction and resident relations to promote retention.
• Perform clerical tasks related to duties and responsibilities.
