Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Center of Hope Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure program compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include training staff, developing services, coordinating with community agencies, and leading monthly partner meetings. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Behavioral Science or equivalent experience plus supervisory background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field; or three years of progressively responsible experience administering and developing social service programs, with one year of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations of the Center of Hope program; develop, implement, and evaluate program services; supervise all program staff and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train employees in proper methods and procedures; monitor work in progress and upon completion for accuracy and completeness.
• Carry up to 4 caseloads when needed.
• Coordinate and communicate standard operating procedures to ensure uniformity across the program.
• Build and maintain relationships with community agencies for referrals and resources.
• Facilitate monthly meetings with partner agencies.
