Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Center of Hope Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the Murfreesboro center. You will supervise staff, manage a caseload, develop and evaluate services, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Science (or 3 years of relevant experience) and a valid driver's license. This full-time role offers health benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field, or three years of progressive experience in social services programs.
• Minimum three years of experience administering and developing social service programs, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and supervises the work of assigned staff; trains employees and monitors progress for accuracy and completeness.
• Carries up to 4 caseloads when needed.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates program services to meet changing client needs and stabilize individuals and families.
• Coordinates and communicates standard operating procedures for the program to ensure uniformity across the entire program.
• Builds and maintains relationships with community agencies to reference resources and referrals.
• Facilitates monthly meetings with members and partner agencies.
