Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a qualified Program Manager to oversee Project CATCH, directing staff, trainings, and program evaluations in Raleigh, NC. You will coordinate SOPs, foster community referrals, and lead monthly partner meetings to ensure services meet client needs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with 3 years' experience, including 1 year supervisory responsibility, plus a valid driver's license. OT commitments may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with three years' experience administering and developing social service programs, with one year supervisory experience.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid State Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and supervises the work of assigned staff; trains employees in proper methods and procedures; monitors work in progress and upon completion to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates program services based on changing needs of clientele; develops programs to assist in stabilization of individuals and families; conducts assessments to identify program strengths and weaknesses.
• Coordinates and communicates standard operating procedures for the program to ensure uniformity across the entire program.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with community agencies to maintain awareness of resources and make appropriate referrals.
• Facilitates monthly meetings with members and partner agencies.
