Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Previous managerial experience is required.
• Experience coordinating and supervising multiple homes and staff across a program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise 1–7 supervisors and 2–11 employees across community homes.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and ensure monthly/quarterly progress documentation.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations; minimize overtime and ensure coverage during absences.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Attend meetings and training; communicate policy changes to staff promptly.
