Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a Head Start center. You will lead center staff, liaise with the central office, parents and the community, and ensure compliance with licensing, performance standards and agency policies.

Data entry into ChildPlus and Learning Genie will be part of daily responsibilities. You will train substitutes, volunteers and Foster Grandparents, manage center facilities and budget, and coordinate health, safety and recruitment

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or a related field is required.
• Three years Early Childhood experience is required.
• Two years supervisory experience is required.
• BA/BS in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Head Start center and provide leadership to all center staff.
• Serve as liaison to central office, parents and community.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, Head Start standards, and agency policies.
• Monitor sanitation, health practices, and safety in classrooms and playgrounds.
• Maintain data in ChildPlus and Learning Genie for reporting and accountability.
• Train and supervise substitutes, volunteers, and Foster Grandparents.
• Manage center budget and purchasing; submit training agendas and reports.
