Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Program Manager to oversee case management, home development, recruitment, and intake/discharge coordination for the assigned office. You will supervise CPA staff, ensure service quality and complete documentation within two business days, and attend court as needed.

You will lead monthly staff meetings, coordinate with DFPS and partner agencies, and respond promptly to regulatory inquiries while driving continuous quality improvement and staff training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with nine graduate credits focused on family/individual function.
• Professional experience in residential child-care/conservatorship or foster home development is required.
• Diverse paths allow entry with bachelor’s degree and experience in child-placing activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management activities, home development, recruitment, and intake/discharge coordination for assigned office.
• Provide operational oversight and supervision to all assigned CPA staff.
• Ensure service quality, documentation compliance, and regulatory responsiveness.
• Review and approve Home Studies, Safety Plans, placements, transfers, and discharges.
• Attend court hearings as needed and supervise staff through regular meetings.
• Coordinate with DFPS and partner agencies and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Audit records and guide staff on quality of care issues and training opportunities.
