Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Program Manager of Community Support to lead the Comprehensive Community Support, Day Treatment, and Residential Supports programs. You will supervise staff, develop and implement client-focused program plans, and ensure services align with treatment goals and regulatory requirements.

The role requires BA/BS in a Human Services field, with supervisory experience and knowledge of Medicaid regulations. Preferred MA/MS and licensure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a Human Services field is required.
• MA/MS in a Human Services field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program employees across community supports, day treatment, and residential services.
• Develop and implement individual program plans for persons served.
• Monitor and evaluate intervention plans and document progress.
• Ensure compliance with budget, licensing, OSHA, Medicaid, and accrediting agency requirements.
• Timely submission of timesheets and approvals.
• Train staff and ensure data collection across services.
