Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Washington, DC seeks a Community Manager I to deliver hospitality and coordinate center services while supporting daily operations, client experience, and community engagement. You will greet visitors, manage meetings, and coordinate catering, events, and vendor coordination within a welcoming workspace.

The role enables strong interpersonal interactions, collaboration with vendors, and administrative support across operations, finance, and client records, in a full-time

Qualifications

• Hospitality or client-service experience required.
• Experience in coworking, office administration, or service industries preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class client and guest experiences through proactive service.
• Coordinate center operations, mail, packages, supplies, and vendor services.
• Manage conference room bookings, catering, events, and marketing outreach.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with invoices and purchasing.
