Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors, studios, and local partners, and support product seeding and events.

You will engage guests on the floor, incorporate omnichannel programs, and help the store become a welcoming community hub through inclusive, values-driven outreach. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for fitness communities, with availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Ability to engage with diverse community stakeholders and guests with professionalism.
• Comfort representing lululemon and executing community events and ambassador programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and increase store presence.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
