lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy and enhance the guest experience. You will build relationships with Ambassadors and partners, support product seeding, and participate in local events to position the store as a community hub.

You will collaborate with leadership to activate community pillars, engage guests on the floor with technical product education, and analyze insights to guide store initiatives. This role emphasizes inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and host local Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
