Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community, under the Community Manager's supervision. You will lead onsite staff, manage rent collection, and support budgeted revenues while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role covers leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management, with a focus on delivering resident satisfaction and efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years in housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under supervision of the Community Manager.
• Handle delinquency and rent collections to optimize cash flow.
• Manage staffing, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
