Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in leasing, resident relations, and office operations. You will coach leasing staff, manage lead activity, and help achieve sales and service goals while ensuring compliant reporting and resident satisfaction.

The role involves coordinating events, maintaining records, and supporting budget tracking with a focus on customer service and operational excellence. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of multifamily experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving community sales and collection goals.
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion.
• Lease apartments and manage lead activity.
• Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives.
• Prepare final account statements after move-outs per local/state rules.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins/outs, and transfers.
• Address resident issues professionally and promptly.
• Support month-end reporting and ensure accurate financial close.
