Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination to help achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

The role involves assisting in setting sales targets, coaching staff, leasing apartments, managing lead activity, and ensuring compliant, efficient financial close processes, while fostering resident satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Experience with administrative and property management software.
• Strong knowledge of leasing operations and resident lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving community sales & collection goals.
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion.
• Lease apartments and maintain lead management activity.
• Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives.
• Complete final account statements upon move out in accordance with local & state requirements.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
• Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist with accounting month end reporting and close out procedures.
• Analyze market data and monitor competition.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy.
