Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Mesa, AZ to assist the Community Manager with leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination. The role supports sales, service, and operations goals while ensuring compliance and budget control.

You will coach staff, manage lead activity, handle renewals, and aid in month-end reporting, with a focus on exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving community sales & collection goals.
• Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion.
• Lease apartments and maintain lead management activity.
• Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives.
• Complete final account statements upon move out in accordance with local & state requirements.
• Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.
• Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist with accounting month end reported, ensuring accuracy in reporting and close out procedures.
• Analyze market data and monitor competition.
• Coordinate resident events and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy.
