Job summary

RangeWater in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational tasks at the property, including accounting, rent collection, deposits, and reporting.

Responsibilities include leasing support, vendor coordination, market analysis, and ensuring maintenance standards. The role requires weekend availability at times, a 40-hour week, and a commitment to resident satisfaction and safe, well-maintained communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Manages daily financial operations: processing invoices, recording payments, completing deposits, and reconciling accounts.
• Analyzes market and economic trends to inform property improvements and stays informed on industry changes.
• Enforces lease terms, conducts inspections, manages collections and notices.
• Interacts with clients/owners, conducts property tours, and coordinates contractor and vendor management.
• Oversees safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property and reports maintenance issues.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence, coordinating maintenance and operations.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and adhere to concession policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
