RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of a multifamily property. You will handle accounting tasks, rent processing, deposits, and reporting while assisting with leasing and marketing to hit occupancy targets.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure property standards, and supervise on-site operations in the Community Manager's absence, contributing to resident satisfaction and property

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational tasks.
• Process invoices, collect rent, and manage daily financial records.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
