Job summary

Greystar seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Kissimmee, FL, to assist the Community Manager with financial operations, rent collections, and reporting. Qualifications

• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions: rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and reports.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files, enforces lease terms, and communicates about delinquencies.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, coding charges to Chart of Accounts.
• Assists in evictions and handles move-outs per policy and law.
• Supports on-site supervision and coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Engages with owners to provide updates and respond to requests.
