Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations and daily tasks at a townhome community in Kissimmee, FL. You will collect rent, manage payments, and prepare reports while using Yardi/OneSite to keep financials accurate.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, reviewing delinquent accounts, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting leasing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue. On-site supervision and strong customer service are essential.

• Collects and posts rent, fees and other payments daily
• Prepares daily bank deposits and reconciles bank accounts
• Prepares financial reports and processes invoices and payables
• Uses property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to record and report financials
• Reviews resident files to identify unpaid/late fees and enforces leases to maximize revenue
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices for payment with proper approvals
• Assists in evictions by following notice requirements and court procedures
• Processes move-outs and dispositions per lease terms
• Addresses resident questions/requests to maintain satisfaction and retention
• Acts as on-site supervisor in manager’s absence and coordinates maintenance
• Supports leasing/marketing by guiding guests through applications and credit checks
• Complies with company policies and local regulations
