Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support financial operations for a 400-unit garden community in Kissimmee, FL. This role handles rent collection, invoicing, bank deposits, and reports while utilizing Yardi/OneSite for accurate record-keeping.

You’ll review leases, enforce terms, coordinate with vendors, and assist in move-ins/move-outs. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–3 years in property management and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rent, process invoices, and prepare reports.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) accurately.
• Review resident files and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments with stakeholders.
• Assist in evictions and move-outs per policy and legal requirements.
• Support leasing/marketing activities and client communications.
