JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Community Home Lending Advisor to serve as the main contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will promote Chase mortgage products, educate clients, and coordinate with branch teams to drive loan originations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, five years of mortgage sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and ability to build external referral networks (realtors, nonprofits, community groups).
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for homeowner education and outreach.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community, managing a mortgage pipeline.
• Act as mortgage expert, drive origination activities with external relationships.
• Partner with branch teams, provide product training and cross-sell opportunities.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process, coordinating with partners to close loans.
