Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the main contact for customers through the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and promoting Chase's home lending products. You will mentor branch staff and collaborate on strategies to grow mortgage originations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mortgage lending sales, strong communication skills, and FHA/VA knowledge, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• FHA/VA sales experience.
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meet with customers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains customers relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and needs.
