Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge and an understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines and low-down payment products.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area and ability to build external referral sources and networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction demonstrated in customer satisfaction scores and comments.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for community outreach when working with nonprofits and civic/professional groups.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain an active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to existing Chase customers and the community; nurture a pipeline of customers not mortgage ready.
• Act as the mortgage expert to generate loan originations with external relationships.
• Partner with the branch team to train on products and introduce new clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process, addressing concerns and coordinating with partners.
