Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team. You will interview, hire, supervise, train and develop associates, and manage performance.

You’ll prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with sales on tour flow and marketing programs. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential. This role requires total commitment to quality and compliance, with a focus on team productivity and process

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain professionalism.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service when dealing with owners.
• Ability to multi-task and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing databases and CRM basics.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management on tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain tour invites and manifests; resolve tour status and booking issues; manage supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
