This role assists the CMP Marketing Manager in daily operations, interviewing, hiring, supervising and developing associates while ensuring productivity and adherence to marketing programs. Key responsibilities include coaching staff, producing performance reports, coordinating with sales, and maintaining communications with corporate deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards set by management. Run daily reports. Prepare daily and weekly status reports to include, but not limited to, Show factors and Penetration rates to be submitted in a timely manner for corporate deadlines. Prepare additional reports deemed necessary by management.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats available and potential tour flow. Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies).
• Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference purposes. Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, coding, etc. Order and maintain departmental supplies (collateral material, uniforms, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned (5% time)
