Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team and assist in interviewing, hiring, supervision, and staff development. This role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and collaboration with sales and corporate deadlines.

The position requires strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills, with a focus on driving marketing penetration and efficient reporting. Travel + Leisure Co.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with owners.

• Working knowledge of marketing databases; recruit and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare status reports including show factors and penetration rates.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing program changes.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests, resolve tour status issues, and order department supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
