Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a CMP Marketing Team Manager to oversee daily operations, productivity, and coaching of the marketing staff. You’ll participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.

You’ll coordinate with front-line sales on tour flow, monitor reports, and ensure timely delivery of status updates to corporate deadlines. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Training: None
• Knowledge/skills: excellent verbal and written communication, ability to coach and motivate, exceptional customer service, multitasking, negotiation, knowledge of marketing databases, ability to recruit and develop employees, lead by example, detail oriented, compliance with policies and laws, strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare daily/weekly status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management on tour seats and marketing programs; manage booking policies.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and manage departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
