Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Manager to direct and motivate Community Marketing Associates and Supervisors to increase CMP tours and meet budgeted tour flow and VPG targets.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits. The CMP Manager will recruit, train, and oversee CMP staff, coordinate daily operations, set team goals, and report performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Internal Wyndham experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and follow-up skills are mandatory.
• Excellent customer service with ability to serve internal and external customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train CMP professionals and supervisors.
• Oversee daily operations of CMP programs to meet budgeted tour flow.
• Establish an ongoing training plan to promote integrity and enthusiasm in CMP.
• Work with CMP Supervisors to set written and individual team goals.
• Monitor and report marketing performance at the site level and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist Marketing Director and site VP as needed.
