Travel + Leisure Co. is a world-leading vacation ownership and travel membership company with a dynamic portfolio of brands. The CMP Marketing team supports daily operations and develops associates through coaching, performance management and training.

The role assists the CMP Marketing Manager, interviews and hires, manages workflow, prepares reports, and drives marketing programs while maintaining high customer service standards and professional conduct across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years marketing experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle upset owners professionally.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop employees.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to lead by example and work within company policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare status reports including Show factors and Penetration rates for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain copies of invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain supplies.
• Other duties as assigned (5% time).
