Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced CMP Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team and assist in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and developing associates.

The role involves direct staff supervision, performance reviews, and ensuring marketing penetration standards are met. You will coordinate with frontline sales on tour flow, prepare daily/weekly status reports, and maintain communications with management on program changes.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years marketing experience required, preferably in vacation ownership
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and productivity of the CMP Marketing Team
• Interview, hire, supervise, train, and develop associates
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and coordinate tour flow with Sales
• Direct supervision and performance management of staff; conduct reviews and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Maintain marketing penetration standards and run daily reports
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and policies
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned
