Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a CMP Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations of the CMP Marketing Team, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.

The role focuses on achieving marketing penetration standards, running reports, and coordinating with sales on tours and programs. The position involves supervising staff, maintaining communications, and ensuring excellent customer service to owners, with duties spanning reporting, program updates, and supply

Mansioni

• Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire, train; plan and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare status reports with show factors and penetration rates.
• Coordinate with Front Line sales management on tour seats and with sales on marketing programs.
• Maintain invitations and daily tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
