• Lead onboarding, role transitions, and development support for new and promoted employees across markets.
• Partner with Community Banking leaders to assess talent readiness and align on performance priorities.
• Conduct branch visits to evaluate execution, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce service quality and controls.
• Provide coaching through observation, reviews, and documentation checks to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
• Facilitate regular connections with branch leadership to implement enterprise initiatives and process changes.
• Monitor performance indicators and collaborate on action plans addressing risks and improvements.

Education

GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

4-6 years banking experience
