Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years banking or related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads onboarding, role transitions, and early development support for new and promoted employees across markets.
• Partners with Community Banking leaders to assess talent readiness and performance priorities.
• Conducts routine branch visits to evaluate execution and provide coaching.
• Provides targeted coaching to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
• Facilitates regular connections with branch leadership to align on goals and policies.
• Monitors performance indicators and helps develop action plans addressing risks.
