Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, role transitions, and development support across markets, ensuring training and certification milestones are met.
• Partner with banking leaders to assess readiness and align on client experience and performance priorities.
• Conduct branch visits to coach, train, and enforce service standards and risk controls.
• Provide targeted coaching through observations and account reviews to reduce risk and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with branch leaders to communicate policy changes and align operational expectations.
• Monitor KPIs such as client experience, referrals, and audits to drive action plans addressing risks.
