Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Demonstrated ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns, avoiding escalation.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Capacity to interact effectively with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident relations and deliver customer service.
• Manage the resident life-cycle from move-in to move-out.
• Implement a system to address complaints promptly and effectively.
• Advocate for residents by communicating concerns to leadership.
• Coordinate on-site operations including budgeting, vendor relations, and rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, and applicable laws.
