Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC seeks an experienced Property/Community Manager to oversee a residential community in a professional, proactive manner. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage budgets and occupancy targets, and coordinate with vendors and staff to sustain high service standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining financial health, resolving resident concerns, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in property management.
• 2+ years as community/property manager.
• Experience resolving resident concerns and avoiding escalation.
• Proven leadership experience and professional presentation.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and tax credit qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations to ensure satisfaction and financial health.
• Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident relations and advocate for residents with leadership.
• Coordinate on-site operations, vendor relations and compliance.
• Deliver monthly financial reports and support budget development.
