Job summary

Valiant Residential seeks a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment operations and ensure compliant, well-maintained properties. You will implement policies, manage staff performance, and coordinate budgets and leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and strong communication with residents, vendors, and the corporate team. A college degree and CAM/ARM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• College degree preferred; CAM/ARM certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, orient and train on-site personnel per company directives.
• Maintain records: rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs, invoices.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure rents and late fees are collected.
• Oversee leasing, marketing strategies to attract residents and meet occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance and emergencies; ensure safety and compliance.
