Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and optimize leasing, maintenance, and resident services in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and is familiar with Fair Housing rules. CAM/ARM certifications are preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• The position requires a minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing certification preferred; OSHA knowledge and ability to pass a drug test.
• College degree preferred; CAM or ARM certification strongly valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and community software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community and staff.
• Implement company policies, budgets, rent collection, and reporting.
• Screen, hire, train, and supervise on-site personnel; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure leasing practices comply with laws and complete all leases.
• Maintain resident files, respond to maintenance requests, and enforce rules.
