Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment community operations and implement company policies. You will ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a well-managed building, while leading staff and overseeing leasing, budgets, and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of property management experience, strong English communication, and comfort with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Certifications such as CAM or ARM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel.
• Provide staff support to encourage teamwork and maintain timely admin processes.
• Manage on-site personnel transitions and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, rent rolls, and reports.
• Prepare annual budgets and ensure rents and late fees are collected.
