Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise daily apartment operations and implement company policies. You will lead leasing, marketing, and staff, ensuring a compliant, well-maintained community.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, strong communication, and OSHA knowledge. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; CAM/ARM certifications are preferred. Work hours include evenings/weekends as needed, with ADA accommodations available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• CAM/ARM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, orient, and train new personnel using company directives.
• Support staff to foster teamwork and maintain timely admin processes.
• Prepare budgets and income projections; manage rent collections and deposits.
• Oversee leasing, marketing strategies, and resident retention.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain resident files.
