You will manage the site team, supervise leasing and maintenance, and ensure superior resident satisfaction while meeting occupancy and rental income goals.

This full-time role offers a competive salary range and potential monthly bonuses. Strong leadership, budgeting, and familiarity with RealPage software are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years residential property management as Community Manager or similar role.
• 1–3 years multifamily housing experience.
• Experience with OneSite required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial and operational performance to meet occupancy and rental income goals.
• Lead and develop site team; coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain lease and renewal processes; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and maintenance coordination.
• Monitor social media and resident feedback.
