Job summary

The Community Manager at GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC in Fairfield, OH, oversees operations, finances, and resident relations for a high-performing multifamily community. You will coach a property team, manage budgets, drive occupancy, and ensure service excellence in line with GoldOller9s standards.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, with potential monthly commissions. This role demands leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a commitment to a strong customer experience

Qualifications

• 1a03 years of residential property management experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Experience with OneSite required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to work one weekend per month and travel to other sites as needed.
• Proficiency in RealPage systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets; drive occupancy and rental income goals.
• Track payroll, overtime, rent collection, delinquencies, and reconciliations in compliance with policy.
• Utilize RealPage tools to monitor performance, purchasing, and data accuracy.
• Lead and coach the on-site team; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Maintain leasing office operations to high standards and ensure brand compliance.
• Oversee move-ins/outs, renewals, credit/background checks, and compliance with Fair Housing.
